Room Hire

We have rooms available for hire for community events, business meetings, workshops, family occasions, children's activities and supervised recreational activities. Our Rooms are fully accessible with free Wi-fi, and we can offer full catering service from light snacks to full meals. Community/Main Hall

A bright and spacious room with full length windows to the walled gardens. This room can be configured to seat anywhere up to 60 people.

Conference/Tait Room

The Tait Conference Room is an adaptable space that allows for a soundproof screen to close off the room and allow a quiet and calm room to hold meetings. Alternatively the screen can be opened up to allow views to the walled gardens and open access to the Cafe. Seating can be arranged lecture style or with table and chairs used as a flexible meeting space.

Training/Meeting Room

This room has a capacity to seat up to 6 people and is ideal for small group training or meetings.

Event Halll Hire

Our main hall can be hired for events at the weekend; we also have catering options to help your day be as stress free as possible. We have set catering packages but can also tailor these to suit your specific needs. A 2-hour hall hire with 15 minutes either side to set up and clean-up is £80.

We also have a soft play and bouncy castle set up which can be used for young children's parties. For a 2-hour kids party with our soft play and 15 minutes either side to setup and clean-up is £120.
